TYPICAL PROFILE SOUGHT
- Legal entity under Tunisian law sharing the same common values as STAROIL and its partner TEXACO CHEVRON, including diversity and inclusion, high-level performance, partnership, protection of people and the environment and trust and integrity.
- Proven capacity and experience in the lubricant distribution, spare parts and/or related activities sectors
- Focus on operational excellence and customer service
- Have a minimum financial capital to finance the needs of building up the stock necessary for the proper management of the activity
- Have sufficient bank guarantees
- Have one or more points of sale dedicated to the distribution of lubricants, spare parts, car maintenance or other activities.
- Have a team of trained, committed and competent field sales representatives
- Have a minimum fleet of delivery vehicles meeting the standards and criteria specified by STAROIL.
