Investment, contract & specificity of the land
The overall investment varies depending on the configuration and size of the land.
- Land on a main road, mainly GP road (long distance), MC (medium communication), RL (local road).
- Location: within the municipal perimeter (industrial, commercial, etc.)
- Land area: 1500 to 2000 m2
- Road frontage: 40 (linear meters) minimum
