Investment, contract & specificity of the land

The overall investment varies depending on the configuration and size of the land.

  • Land on a main road, mainly GP road (long distance), MC (medium communication), RL (local road).
  • Location: within the municipal perimeter (industrial, commercial, etc.)
  • Land area: 1500 to 2000 m2
  • Road frontage: 40 (linear meters) minimum

  • Presentation of the structure: reference, network, material and human resources
  • RNE and statutes of the legal entity
